Ahhh, Poland..
I don't think that car would pass the next inspection even with a roof. Those cars are shitboxes for real.. I guess they just want to get rid of it, and I don't blame them.

I have a sneaking suspicion that this is being done "for the lulz", because there's no way this car is legal to drive on public roads.
